Yoon S. (Robert) Han

A member of the firm's Institutional Insurance Practice Group, Robert Han concentrates his practice in the areas of coverage and complex litigation. Mr. Han has represented insurers in a broad range of issues, including construction defects, commercial general liability and recission claims. He is experienced at analyzing coverage positions and drafting dispositive motions for declaratory judgment actions. His work has also included representing clients in marine insurance coverage issues as well as working with clients on general commercial litigation cases. Through past experience in representing policyholders in litigation matters, Mr. Han provides insurers with a unique perspective.

He is fluent in Korean and is proficient in conversational Chinese.
