Kenneth T. Levine

Kenneth T. Levine concentrates his practice on insurance litigation. Mr. Levine is a founding member of Nelson, Levine, de Luca & Horst; acts as its Chief Financial Officer and oversees the firm's Reinsurance Practice Group, where he prosecutes and defends reinsurance and retrocessional claims in arbitrations and in courts of law. In such capacity, Mr. Levine further counsels clients as to reinsurance arrangements, contractual wordings, coverage analysis, claim presentations, and dispute resolution.

Additionally, Mr. Levine holds the position of President-Elect for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals ("NASP"), a 2000+ member association that offers a forum for education, training, networking, and sharing of information in an effort to advance the pursuit of subrogation on an insurance industry-wide basis. Additionally, he sits on the NASP Board of Directors and its Executive Committee.

Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leon Katz of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
