Frank Nolan is a member of Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton's Institutional Insurance Practice Group. Mr. Nolan’s practice focuses on representing insurers in complex insurance issues, including those involving class actions related to insurers’ core business practices.
Mr. Nolan joined NLdH from a New York litigation firm where he focused on professional liability matters. He began his legal career as a research attorney for the Hon. Morris Stern, United States Bankruptcy Court, in Newark, New Jersey. In that role, Mr. Nolan conducted legal research on diverse issues related to Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
Prior to law school, Mr. Nolan worked as a policy analyst for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisitions, where he focused on Congressional relations, and for the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisitions in a similar role.
