Claudia D. McCarron

Claudia McCarron represents clients in complex commercial insurance coverage matters, giving coverage advice and handling coverage litigation. Ms. McCarron has handled litigation in multiple jurisdictions in both federal and state courts.  She has extensive appellate experience, including before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In addition to trial and appellate experience, Ms. McCarron regularly represents clients in alternative dispute forums, including private mediations and binding arbitrations.

A partner in the National Insurance Coverage Group at NLdH, Ms. McCarron serves as General Counsel to the firm in addition to her other responsibilities. She has earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating of A.V. for quality of practice and ethics.

Ms. McCarron began her career as a law clerk to the late Honorable Daniel H. Huyett, 3rd, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  She is a member of bar of the United States Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuits as well as all federal district courts in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. 

Ms. McCarron graduated with honors from Villanova University School of Law where she was a Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review. While at Villanova, Ms. McCarron was inducted into the legal honor society, The Order of the Coif and received the Scribes Award for Outstanding Legal Writing.
