Workers' Compensation Subrogation

At NLdH, our clients have come to rely on the specialized knowledge of our workers' compensation subrogation attorneys. This knowledge relates not only to a carrier’s rights, but also worksite safety and safety engineering. This knowledge has allowed us to significantly increase recoveries for our clients in workers' compensation subrogation cases.

We believe in immediate action. Our lawyers are prepared to get involved as soon as significant workplace accidents occur. We will investigate the occurrence, looking for opportunities to recover after the loss. We will enlist specialized experts to assist with on-site investigations when appropriate and do anything else we deem necessary to recover, preserve and assess the evidence necessary to build our case. Our quick response has been critical in achieving recoveries that may have otherwise gone lost or unidentified.

Our law firm is able to address workers' compensation subrogation issues of all types, including these recent examples:

  • Small plane accident with three co-employee fatalities
  • Small plane accident involving four co-employee fatalities
