For over 30 years, the attorneys at NLdH have provided specialized legal services to clients regarding insurance coverage issues. The firm's insurance coverage practice remains focused on providing expert service, on a cost efficient basis, to the insurance industry. Through NLdH's international office in London, the firm's insurance coverage practice involves both national and international matters.

NLdH serves as regional and national insurance coverage counsel for clients involved in complex coverage litigation, and also provides advice regarding the creation and interpretation of policy forms, endorsements and exclusions.

NLdH's expertise in insurance coverage matters include all types of first- and third-party policies, including commercial general liability, commercial property, errors and omissions, directors and officers, employment practices, marine, homeowners, and other specialty insurance policies.

NLdH's insurance coverage attorneys actively participate and have leadership roles in many local and national insurance associations and groups including, Defense Research Institute, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association, Property Loss Research Bureau, the International Association of Special Investigation Units, Loss Executives Association, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Insurance Society of Philadelphia and many other associations and groups throughout the United States.
