Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton Earns "Best Places to Work" Recognition for Third Consecutive Year

October 17, 2011, Blue Bell, PA - The law firm of Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH) has been recognized among the "Best Places to Work" by the Philadelphia Business Journal for the third consecutive year. In October, the firm was named a winner in the Large Companies category; last year it took first place in that category; and in 2009 NLdH was a finalist in the annual workplace recognition program.

The Best Places to Work program ranks the top employers in the Delaware Valley according to scores given to the companies by their own employees, and recognizes a company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains staff through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture. Each year, hundreds of nominations are submitted by readers.

"We are thrilled to receive this recognition for the third year in a row," said firm Chairman Mike Nelson. "Our employees are truly our greatest asset and it is their dedication which drives the success of the firm and, subsequently, our clients' confidence in us. To be recognized based on the positive feedback of our employees is particularly significant," he said.

"From inception, our vision has been to develop a culture that is open, innovative and distinctive among law firms," said Mary Anne Jaquay, Executive Vice President & COO. "This is the foundation upon which our successes are built. The accolades bestowed upon the firm as a direct result of employee feedback are both humbling and empowering as the firm strives to provide the best legal representation available to insurers."
