July 11, 2011, Blue Bell, PA - With continued focus on expanding its national practice, Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH) today announced that Cathleen Kelly Rebar has joined the firm's Blue Bell office as a Partner in the Complex Liability Practice Group.
A sitting Magisterial District Judge in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Ms. Kelly Rebar previously served as a shareholder in a regional law firm. She previously served in the Delaware County District Attorney's Office and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
Ms. Kelly Rebar focuses her practice on product liability, toxic tort, professional liability and data privacy. She represents national insurance carriers and their insureds in multifaceted matters involving product defects, agent errors and omissions, failure to diagnose, personal injury and property loss.
She is an active member of the Council of Litigation Management, where she serves on the Products Liability and Women's Steering Committees. In addition, she is a member of the Trial Law Institute, Defense Research Institute and Montgomery County Bar Association. Ms. Kelly Rebar is a graduate of Long Island University and Villanova University School of Law.
