Mr. Mullen presented, "Assessing and Responding to a Data Breach From Start to Finish," at the American Conference Institute's 5th Annual Advanced Forum on Cyber & Data Risk Insurance, September 26 - 27 in New York City.
Additionally, Mr. Mullen presented, "State of the Cyber Nation Address," at the NetDiligence West Coast Cyber Risk & Privacy Liability Forum, October 4 - 5 in Marina del Ray, California.
With more than 20 years of experience in complex insurance litigation and a focus on network security and data privacy issues, Mr. Mullen's practice encompasses data security and privacy risk preparation and analysis of and response to data breach incidents and subsequent litigation. He advises both insurers and their clients on issues associated with data loss and data privacy.
