March 24, 2011, Columbus, OH - Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH), a national law firm focused on the insurance industry, announced today that Michael W. DeWitt has joined the firm's Columbus office as a Partner.
Mr. DeWitt concentrates his practice on a diverse range of insurance related issues including ERISA litigation as well as life, health and disability claims consulting. He also has extensive experience in complex litigation matters and securities arbitrations.

Mr. DeWitt is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the American, Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations, and is a graduate of Ohio University. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the Capital University Law School. He currently serves as an adjunct professor of legal research and writing at Capital University Law School's ABA-accredited paralegal program.
