Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton Announces New Partners

February 3, 2009, Blue Bell, PA - Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton, a national law firm focused on the insurance industry, announced five new partners in the firm's Blue Bell office: Richard J. Boyd Jr., Michael J. Kurtis, Michael S. Munger, C. Scott Rybny, and Robert S. Stickley.

Richard J. Boyd Jr. practices in the firm's Subrogation Practice Group, where he concentrates on large-loss property subrogation matters. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he earned his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.

Michael J. Kurtis focuses his practice on reinsurance matters including arbitration and litigation on behalf of both cedents and reinsurers. He is a graduate of Villanova University and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Michael S. Munger is a member of the firm's Subrogation Practice Group, where he focuses on large-loss property recovery. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond, and received his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.

C. Scott Rybny, a member of the firm's National Coverage Practice Group, concentrates his practice on the defense of first and third party insurance coverage, bad faith and fraud. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College and earned his J.D. from the Western New England College School of Law.

Robert S. Stickley practices in the firm's Complex Liability, National Coverage and Institutional Litigation & Consulting Practice Groups. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and received his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.

The announcement of the new partners comes on the heels of the firm's recent addition of three lateral partners from Cozen O'Connor, and the recent addition of two new associates. NLdH moved to new, larger offices in Blue Bell one year ago to accommodate the firm's explosive growth and expansion.
