Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton Adds Three Associates in Blue Bell

April 25, 2011, Blue Bell, PA - Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH), a national law firm focused on the insurance industry, announced today the addition of three new associates to its Blue Bell office: Joseph Acquaviva, Kevin M. Apollo and Tina L. Ralls.

Joseph Acquaviva joins the firm's National Insurance Coverage Practice Group, where he represents insurers in a wide range of coverage matters, including all aspects of property and casualty coverage as well as bad faith litigation. A graduate of Temple University and Temple University Beasley School of Law, he is experienced in a variety of general liability matters, with a special concentration on products liability, construction litigation and professional liability.

Kevin Apollo also joins the firm's National Insurance Coverage Practice Group, where he continues a career focus on complex insurance coverage cases, with particular emphasis on analyzing first-party property and third-party liability insurance issues. With more than 20 years of legal experience, he has represented multiple insurers in a broad range of issues spanning climate change, business income loss, property loss, rescission, and professional liability. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law, and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

Tina Ralls joins the firm's Institutional Insurance Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on complex coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. She has extensive experience in legal research and writing and has argued numerous appeals in Pennsylvania and New York. A graduate of Bryn Mawr College and Boston University School of Law, she is a member of the Lehigh County Bar Association.
