Nelson, Founder and Chairman of Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH), a national law firm serving the insurance industry, has been named a Vice President of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). The FDCC is an exclusive organization comprised of 1000 of the country's top attorneys in private practice who specialize in civil defense litigation, as well as general counsel, risk managers and insurance claims professionals from all over the world.
Mr. Nelson has been a member of the FDCC since 2003. As Chairman of NLdH, he concentrates his practice on class actions, bad faith and complex litigation, representing insurance companies in various jurisdictions throughout the country. He is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law, and is a member of the Lawyers for Civil Justice and the Defense Research Institute.
