Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton Awarded Top Honor in Philadelphia Business Journal's 2010 Best Places to Work

October 21, 2010, Blue Bell, PA – The law firm of Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH) was selected Philadelphia Business Journal's Best Places to Work Winner of the Large Companies category for 2010. The firm, also named as a Best Places to Work finalist in 2009, was the only law firm recognized among this year's honorees.

The Best Places to Work program recognizes a company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture. Each year, hundreds of nominations are submitted by readers. The program ranks the top employers in the Delaware Valley, categorized by company size, based upon scores determined by each company's respective employees, as compared to the scores of other companies.

"We are thrilled to receive this award," said firm Chairman Michael R. Nelson. "Our employees are truly our greatest asset and it is their dedication which drives the success of the firm and, subsequently, the success of our clients. To receive an award based on the positive feedback of our employees is particularly significant," he said.

"From inception, our vision has been to develop a culture that is open, innovative and distinctive among law firms," he added. "This is the foundation upon which our successes are built. The accolades bestowed upon the firm as a direct result of employee feedback are both humbling and empowering as we strive to provide the best legal representation available to insurers."
