NLdH Attorneys Author Chapter: Inside the Minds: Structuring Insurance Disaster Coverage

Blue Bell, PA, June 15, 2009 - Michael A. Hamilton, Claudia D. McCarron and John F. Mullen, Partners at Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH), have authored a chapter in the book, Inside the Minds: Structuring Insurance Disaster Coverage. Published in May 2009 by Aspatore Books, their chapter focuses on interpreting policy language and structuring insurance disaster coverage to limit exposures.

All three attorneys have extensive experience in the area of insurance coverage matters. Mr. Hamilton heads the firm's National Insurance Coverage Practice Group; Ms. McCarron is a member of the Complex Liability Practice Group and represents insurer clients regarding a variety of coverage matters; and Mr. Mullen heads the firm's Complex Liability Practice Group.
