Blue Bell, PA, May 18, 2009 - Michael A. Hamilton, Partner and Chair of the National Coverage Group at Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton, recently spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 13th Annual Insurance Institute Seminar, held April 30 in Philadelphia. His presentation was titled, "Property Insurance Potpourri: Important Issues for Current Policies."
Mr. Hamilton concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, bad faith defense and commercial litigation. He represents insurers in all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including claims involving construction defects, bankruptcy matters and complex property and business interruption losses. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Tort and Insurance Section of the American Bar Association, the Insurance Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
