Blue Bell, PA, June 29, 2009 - Michael A. Hamilton, Partner and Chair of the National Insurance Coverage Group at Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton, has been selected to join the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). The IADC is an invitation-only professional association for corporate and insurance defense lawyers around the world.
Mr. Hamilton concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, bad faith defense and commercial litigation. He represents insurers in all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including claims involving construction defects, bankruptcy matters and complex property and business interruption losses. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Tort and Insurance Section of the American Bar Association, the Insurance Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
