Lawrence D. Jackson Joins Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton

September 24, 2010, Blue Bell, PA – With continued focus on expanding its national practice, Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH) today announced that insurance litigator Lawrence D. Jackson has joined the firm's Blue Bell office as a Partner in the Complex Liability Practice Group.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Jackson has represented national and international insurers in connection with insurance coverage disputes and the defense of liability claims. His experience encompasses the management of complex, multiparty insurance coverage matters, and liability defense cases involving general liability and professional liability claims, including directors and officers liability insurance issues. He also has significant experience in coverage matters under excess liability and reinsurance policies, and the defense of health care providers and medical equipment companies with regard to negligence and product liability claims. Prior to joining NLdH, Mr. Jackson was a member of the insurance group at the Philadelphia office of Cozen O'Connor.

Mr. Jackson is an active member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Villanova University and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law.
