December 21, 2009, New York, NY - With continued focus on expanding its national practice, insurance boutique Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH) today announced that Kymberly Kochis has joined the firm's New York office as a Partner. She joins the firm's Institutional Consulting & Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Kochis has devoted her legal career to the insurance industry, focusing on commercial, insurance and reinsurance litigation matters, including class actions against insurers. Among her many professional accomplishments, Ms. Kochis spent a year abroad at a Lloyd's of London syndicate where she managed their U.S. claims litigation and provided U.S. compliance and regulatory advice.
She is a 1998 graduate of Fordham University and a 2001 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Fordham International Law Journal, and was named a quarterfinalist in the National Tax Moot Court Competition and the William H. Mulligan Moot Court Competition.
