November 19, 2010, Blue Bell, PA - Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton (NLdH), a national law firm focused on the insurance industry, announced today that Kathryn C. Mellinger has been named an associate in the firm's Subrogation group. Ms. Mellinger previously served as a law clerk at the firm.
Ms. Mellinger received her J.D. in May from Villanova University School of Law, where she was an editor with the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and co-founded the Villanova Family Law Society. During her last year of law school, she joined NLdH where she focused on insurance law issues including workers' compensation, jurisdiction and damages matters. Prior to that position, she was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Judge Jacqueline Carroll Cody in West Chester. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Richmond.
