From Denver International Airport

  1. Take Pena Boulevard to I-70 West. The I-70 West exit is a left exit, so stay to your left as you exit Pena Boulevard and merge onto I-70 West.
  2. Take I -70 West to I-25 South toward Colorado Springs (Exit 274).
  3. Take I-25 South to the Speer Boulevard South exit (Exit 212B).
  4. Turn left on Speer Boulevard South and take stay on Speer Boulevard for approximately 1 mile.
  5. Turn left on Lawrence Street and travel two blocks, crossing 14th Street and 15th Street. Stay to the left.
  6. Immediately after crossing 15th Street, there is a driveway on the left side of the street, which goes to an underground public parking lot for Writer Square. Turn left into the driveway.
  7. Take the elevator in the parking garage to the 5th floor.

Our office is located in the Writer Square office building, 1512 Larimer Street, Suite 550.

From the North

  1. Take I-25 South to the Speer Boulevard South exit (Exit 212B).
  2. Turn left on Speer Boulevard South and take stay on Speer Boulevard for approximately 1 mile.
  3. Turn left on Lawrence Street and travel two blocks, crossing 14th Street and 15th Street. Stay to the left.
  4. Immediately after crossing 15th Street, there is a driveway on the left side of the street, which goes to an underground public parking lot for Writer Square. Turn left into the driveway.
  5. Take the elevator in the parking garage to the 5th floor.

From the South

  1. Take I-25 North to the Auraria Parkway exit (Exit 210B).
  2. Travel approximately 1 mile on Auraria Parkway to Speer Boulevard South.
  3. Turn right on Speer Boulevard South and travel approximately 2 blocks to Lawrence Street.
  4. Turn left on Lawrence Street and travel two blocks, crossing 14th Street and 15th Street. Stay to the left.
  5. Immediately after crossing 15th Street, there is a driveway on the left side of the street, which goes to an underground public parking lot for Writer Square. Turn left into the driveway.
  6. Take the elevator in the parking garage to the 5th floor.

From the East

  1. Take I -70 West to I-25 South toward Colorado Springs (Exit 274).

  3. Turn left on Speer Boulevard South and take stay on Speer Boulevard for approximately 1 mile.

  1. Take I-70 East US-6 East/West 6th Avenue (Exit 261)
  2. Take US-6 East/West 6th Avenue east to the I-25 North Exit to Fort Collins.
  3. Take I-25 North to the Auraria Parkway exit (Exit 210B).
  4. Travel approximately 1 mile on Auraria Parkway to Speer Boulevard South.
  5. Turn right on Speer Boulevard South and travel approximately 2 blocks to Lawrence Street.
  6. Turn left on Lawrence Street and travel two blocks, crossing 14th Street and 15th Street. Stay to the left.

Global Warming Lawsuit Raises a Host of Coverage/Liability Concerns.  In a decision could open the door for waves of suits against pollution emitting entities, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit allowed two related lawsuits to proceed that attempt to use the court system to halt the effects of global warming. In State of Connecticut, et al. v. American Electric Power Co., et al. , ___ F.3d ___, 2009 WL 2996729 (2d. Cir. Sept. 21, 2009), the Second Circuit reversed an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York granting a motion to dismiss the plaintiffs' complaint against six utility defendants. The plaintiffs (eight different states, the city of New York and three land trusts) seek a judgment ordering carbon dioxide emitting utility companies to reduce emissions.
