Charles ("Chuck") Adams was born in Philadelphia, PA. He received his B.A. in Business from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, his MBA from Eastern University, and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
Mr. Adams is located in the firm's Cherry Hill office and concentrates his practice in the areas of complex defense litigation and coverage matters. With over 20 years of insurance industry experience as a Claim Manager at Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company, Harleysville Insurance Company, and ACE American Insurance Company, Mr. Adams brings a high level of strategic and practical familiarity to the practice of law. Mr. Adams handled complex and catastrophic losses, general liability, commercial liability, personal lines, commercial auto, and auto BI claims. He has significant experience in instructing on risk transfer, AI, and contractor indemnity.
Prior to entering the insurance field, Mr. Adams was an SP4/E-4 in the U.S. Army where his job was as a Legal Clerk.
Mr. Adams got his BA in Business from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Pomona, NJ in 1988. He received his MBA from Eastern University, St. David's PA in 1997, and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ in 2009. Bar admission pending.
