Gilbert Franklin McKnight concentrates his practice on the defense of insurance companies in complex and class action litigation. He also provides consulting services on insurance regulatory, business practice and claims handling matters. Mr. McKnight assists clients in managing institutional litigation and addressing legal compliance challenges. He oversees internal investigations involving client claims and underwriting practices, and counsels clients on voluminous discovery and e-discovery issues in institutional matters.
Mr. McKnight specializes in leveraging technology and knowledge management to develop strategic solutions to legal concerns. He facilitates the use of technology to respond to the challenges of complex litigation.
