William F. Stewart Joins Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst
May 14, 2010, Blue Bell, PA - Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst (NLdH) announced today that William F. Stewart has joined the firm as a partner in its National Insurance Coverage Group. Mr. Stewart will work in the firm's Blue Bell office, serving clients throughout the U.S. and London markets.
Mr. Stewart concentrates his practice in first and third party insurance coverage matters. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, and has litigated coverage actions on behalf of insurers in 20 jurisdictions nationwide. He has served as National Coordinating Counsel on numerous coverage issues, including climate change and mold litigation. His work has been featured by the Wall Street Journal, Best's Review, Business Insurance, the National Law Journal, and numerous other publications.
In addition to his national coverage practice, Mr. Stewart is the author of Climate of Uncertainty: A Balanced Look at Global Warming and Renewable Energy. He served as the co-chair of the Climate Change and Renewable Energy practice group at Cozen O'Connor. He has been an invitee to United Nations Climate Conferences, and has been a guest speaker at numerous national conferences on global warming.
Mr. Stewart served on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rules Committee from 2005 to 2008. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph's University, and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame.
