William K. Broudy

William K. Broudy is an attorney in the firm's New York Insurance Regulatory and Transactional Practice Group.  He concentrates his practice in insurance regulatory and corporate matters.  Bill previously was Principal Law Clerk to Justice Irving Kirschenbaum of the New York Supreme Court, New York County, and a referee assigned to preside at hearings on contested election matters.  Prior to joining NLdH, Bill worked in the business law department of a national law firm.  Additionally, in private practice he has specialized in insurance, reinsurance, insurance regulatory matters, corporate law and commercial litigation.
