![]() Richard J. Boyd Jr. Richard J. Boyd Jr. concentrates his law practice on large-loss property subrogation matters. He litigates cases throughout the country for major insurers. Mr. Boyd takes an active role in the investigation and evaluation of large commercial and residential losses, and prioritizes immediate responses to losses to ensure that they are handled with completeness and accuracy. In addition, he provides clients with analysis and advice on products liability matters. Formerly, Mr. Boyd was a defense litigator for many commercial carriers and private businesses. He has extensive knowledge of the practices and procedures employed by product manufacturers and their insurers in the litigation context.
