Mr. Howell came to NLdH from the Philadelphia City Solicitor's Office where he defended the City of Philadelphia as a Deputy City Solicitor in the Major Trials and Civil Rights Units, trying cases in both State and Federal courts. Prior to working for the City, Reid was an associate at an insurance defense firm that handled a variety of liability and coverage matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey on behalf of a number of domestic and surplus lines carriers.
