Patrick A. Hughes is an Associate in NLdH's Property Subrogation group. He uses his substantial experience defending products-, premises-, motor-vehicle-, and commercial- liability matters in his current practice prosecuting large-loss property subrogation cases. Prior to joining NLdH, he handled all aspects of defending lawsuits from their inception through trial, and has successfully arbitrated and mediated cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has represented international companies, insurers, self-insured entitites, and private business owners, and has an L.L.M. in Tax.
