Michael S. Munger

Michael Munger primarily practices in matters of large loss property recovery. He maintains an extensive practice involving matters of property subrogation. Mr. Munger has extensive experience in the courtroom and has tried more than 75 jury and non-jury matters to verdict.

While in law school, Mr. Munger was awarded the American Juris Prudence Award for professional responsibility/ethics and served as a liaison in the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program for two years. Immediately following law school he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted a diverse range of criminal cases.

Mr. Munger is a frequent lecturer on a broad range of subrogation topics to clients, insurance trade groups, including the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and other local and national organizations. He has been an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association's Child Advocacy Program, and has previously chaired various Bar Association committees.
