Michael J. McLaughlin

Michael McLaughlin is an associate in NLdH's National Insurance Coverage Group. He concentrates his practice on complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. Prior to joining NLdH, Mr. McLaughlin handled and litigated complex matters for insurers.

Mr. McLaughlin served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Judge Susan Peikes Gantman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, where he performed the research and writing for complex and novel appellate issues.

Mr. McLaughlin graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law. While in law school, he worked as an intern for the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
