Melanie E. Bork concentrates her litigation practice in the areas of complex commercial liability disputes, coverage analysis and litigation, and re-insurance matters. 

Ms. Bork also has significant experience in multi-party construction defect and accident litigation, with a focus on indemnity issues and risk shifting agreements.  She has represented construction lenders, builders and design professionals.

Ms. Bork has represented clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
