Melanie E. Bork concentrates her practice on insurance coverage issues, including litigation of coverage disputes, defense of bad faith claims, and analysis of complex coverage issues.

Prior to joining NLdH, Ms. Bork practiced in the areas of construction defect and commercial litigation, including indemnity and coverage issues associated with risk shifting in the context of commercial construction projects. During law school, Ms. Bork began honing her trial skills in the Tort Litigation Department of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where she was certified to appear on behalf of the Commonwealth in court.
