Lawrence Jackson is a partner in the Complex Liability Practice Group at Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton. An accomplished insurance litigator, Mr. Jackson has, for the past 20 years, represented national and international insurers in connection with insurance coverage disputes and the defense of liability claims.
More recently, Mr. Jackson has managed and directed complex, multi-party insurance coverage and liability defense cases litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States involving general liability and professional liability claims. He also has significant experience involving coverage under excess liability and reinsurance policies.
Mr. Jackson routinely serves as coverage and monitoring counsel to help clients minimize risk and reduce their exposure under various professional liability lines of coverage, including medical professional, directors and officers, financial institution, investment advisor and mutual fund liability policies. Mr. Jackson also defends hospitals, doctors and medical equipment companies in negligence and product liability cases.
Mr. Jackson is a frequent speaker before business and professional audiences, and has authored a number of articles concerning insurance topics that have appeared in professional and industry publications.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, Mr. Jackson is a member of each state's bar association. He graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law, where he served on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and from Villanova University.
