Kim Hollaender concentrates his law practice on coverage matters, environmental litigation, and complex insurance defense. He represents clients in mass toxic tort cases in numerous jurisdictions. At the current time, Mr. Hollaender represents a carrier in an environmental litigation that involves over 700 claimants with a cumulative demand in excess of eight figures.

Formerly, Mr. Hollaender was an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia, during which time he was appointed environmental prosecutor for the City of Philadelphia. Before earning his law degree, Mr. Hollaender was an environmental engineer and manager of a worker health and safety program for over 2000 employees, in which he had responsibility for all environmental discharge permits and programs.
