Kathleen E. Parks

Kathleen Parks has more than 20 years of experience in representing insurers and insureds in multi-faceted litigation issues. At NLdH, Ms. Parks focuses her practice primarily on representing in clients in complex insurance coverage matters, and the defense of clients in third-party claims involving specialty and significant exposure liability matters.  Her practice also encompasses counseling and advising U.S. and London insurers and insureds in complex liability matters.
 
During her career, Ms. Parks has represented global insurers in matters related to property damage due to a variety of causes, including fires, floods, explosions, faulty construction, product failure and  construction defects. 

Additionally, Ms. Parks has served as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia for more than two decades. In this role, she has handled civil and criminal matters in Family Court on behalf of abused and neglected children.
