Gilbert Franklin McKnight IV concentrates his practice on the defense of insurance companies in complex, bad faith, and class action litigation. He also provides consulting services on insurance regulatory, coverage, and claims handling matters. Mr. McKnight assists clients in managing institutional litigation and addressing legal compliance challenges. He oversees internal investigations involving coverage, bad faith, and claim practice issues and counsels clients on voluminous discovery and e-discovery issues in institutional matters.
