![]() Erin E. Nulty Erin E. Nulty focuses her practice on complex insurance coverage matters, bad faith disputes, insurance regulatory issues, and the defense of national class actions. She represents insurers throughout the country and advises insurance clients on business practices and regulatory developments. Ms. Nulty's practice also includes the defense of first and third party insurance cases and the representation of surplus lines insurers throughout the United States.
