![]() Diane Fazzolari Diane Fazzolari concentrates her practice in insurance coverage, reinsurance, and the defense of complex litigation. Ms. Fazzolari handles matters involving sports disability, personal accident, workers' compensation, personal and advertising injury, general commercial liability, and products liability. During law school, Ms. Fazzolari was awarded Best Oral Advocate and Brief Author in Appellate Advocacy. She was also a member of the Seton Hall Interscholastic Moot Court Team and competed at the national level. Her thesis paper, Unconscionability Principles as a Method to Solving the Problem of Insurer Genetic Discrimination of BRCA1 and BRCA2 Carriers, was nominated for Seton Hall's Advanced Legal Writing Award. Prior to receiving her law degree, Ms. Fazzolari interned for the Kings County District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, for The Corporation Counsel in Washingon, D.C., and for Senator Edward M.
