![]() Claudia D. McCarron Claudia D. McCarron graduated with honors from Villanova University School of Law where she was managing editor of the Villanova Law Review. While at Villanova, Ms. McCarron was inducted into the legal honor society, the Order of the Coif, and received the Scribes Award for Outstanding Legal Writing. Ms. McCarron began her career as a law clerk to the late Honorable Daniel H. Huyett, 3rd, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. McCarron has represented clients in a variety of matters including bad faith, coverage, breach of contract, personal injury, professional negligence and commerical disputes. Ms. McCarron has extensive appellate experience, including appearances before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In addition to trial and appellate experience, Ms. McCarron has represented clients in alternative dispute forums, including binding arbitrations and private mediations. A partner in the Coverage department at NLdH, Ms. McCarron serves as general counsel to the firm in addition to her other responsibilities. Ms. McCarron has been awared Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating of "A.V."
