C. Scott Rybny

Scott Rybny joined the firm's Blue Bell office in 2004, and has practiced a number of different facets of insurance coverage law during his career and has developed considerable experience and knowledge in handling coverage claims, both in litigation and in an advisory capacity. Through his career, he has worked with insurers on diverse legal and strategic challenges associated with personal lines and commercial insurance coverage. This representation also includes coverage opinions, examinations under oath, and consultation on policy language in connection with claims related to personal injury protection, uninsured/underinsured motorist, homeowner's insurance, commercial insurance, excess and extra-contractual claims. He also handles other matters involving complex issues such as arson, misrepresentation and employee dishonesty. In addition to lecturing on insurance issues, Mr. Rybny provides training to insurance carriers on a variety of claim handling matters.
