Adam J. Pantano is an associate in the firm's Complex Litigation Group where he concentrates his practice in the area of complex insurance defense including product liability, construction, and fire-related losses. Mr. Pantano previously practiced at a Philadelphia law firm where he handled primarily crane accident, construction, products liability, and premises liability cases involving catastrophic injuries. His experience includes investigating construction and industrial site accidents, general liability claims as well as interfacing with federal officials and other investigative agencies and local authorities. He has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country at both the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining NLdH, Mr. Pantanto served as one of the lead attorneys of a National Coordinating Counsel team for a leading national insurance company's Crane and Heavy Machinery Program. In that capacity, Mr. Pantano represented crane rental companies litigating cases in Arkansas, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, new Jersey, New York, new Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Washington and West Virginia. Mr  Pantano is experiened defending crane related accidents involving both his clients on the interplay of OSHA and MSHA regulations, the ASME standards, crane manufacturer recommendations, and crane safety related association recommendations and how those varying standards are and should be used in the industry. He is certified in Mobile Crane Safety and Operation bye the Crane Institute of America.

Mr. Pantano was recognized as a Rising Star in 2008 by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers edition of Philadelphia Magazine.
